- Qualify to write the PMP exam, learn how to pass the exam on 1st attempt (35 PDUs awarded, recognized by PMI)

- Understand the Agile project life cycle and know the differences between traditional and Agile frameworks
- Know how to apply the Scrum & Kanban methodologies to lead projects.
- Within a project of any size in any organization, possess the soft skills required to work effectively with project core and non core stakeholders
- Learn to use Microsoft Project & JIRA
- Learn to create websites using CMS, such as Wordpress and Google Sites
