The skills & tools I learned from taking the Business Analysis course such as requirements documentation and change management contributed to my experience as a Business Analyst. At job interviews I was able to elaborate on past work experience and speak directly to my contribution in requirements gathering, documentation and defining solutions that brought value to the organizations I was part of. In my current role, I am able to identify and define solutions that bring value to stakeholders and continue to improve software development. I returned to Topron to take the PM course to fill in the gaps in my knowledge and help me build my project management expertise.
