Ali is an experienced technical lead with over 10 years of experience as Quality Assurance specialist and instructor. He is a Subject matter expert in software product quality assurance, test planning, implementation and execution. He is competent in multiple scripting languages, and an effective communicator and problem solver. 

Ali has a solid technical background in Database Administration and security.

He has a number of academic degrees including an MSc, PGDB, BS as well as professional certificates  like the OCP, CSP, ITIL, CISA.
