The skills & tools I learned from taking the Business Analysis course such as requirements documentation and change management contributed to my experience as a Business Analyst. At job interviews I was able to elaborate on past work experience and speak directly to my contribution in requirements gathering, documentation and defining solutions that brought value to the organizations I was part of. In my current role, I am able to identify and define solutions that bring value to stakeholders and continue to improve software development. I returned to Topron to take the PM course to fill in the gaps in my knowledge and help me build my project management expertise. Topron was my only choice because the facilitators have on the job experience and are able to provide real world examples as part of the course.
